About The Position

The Beauty Concierge provides outstanding customer service by greeting and directing customers, helping with cosmetic inquiries and products, and offering a variety of other services. The role requires knowledge of the cosmetics area to provide information and directions to customers and employees, support store operations as a general resource, maintain confidentiality, and make deliveries to customers. The position involves continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift and regular handling and lifting of merchandise.

Requirements

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers.
Ability to suggestively sell and connect customers to salespeople.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to move continuously for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
