About The Position

The Beauty Concierge provides outstanding customer service by greeting and directing customers, helping with cosmetic questions and products, and providing a variety of other services. The role requires knowledge of the cosmetics area, supporting customers and employees with information and directions, and serving as a general store resource. The Beauty Concierge maintains confidentiality and makes deliveries to customers.

Requirements

Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers.
Be able to suggestively sell and connect customers to salespeople.
Have a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Remain in continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequently use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities
