About The Position
As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients and provide personalized beauty experiences through consultations, product recommendations, and product education. You’ll stay current on beauty products, techniques, and trends while helping clients feel confident. The role also supports sales goals and key performance indicators, inventory and merchandising, and a clean, organized, welcoming store. Beauty Advisors help foster an inclusive and collaborative environment and follow company policies to provide a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. This is a regular, full-time hourly position requiring 30–40 hours per week. Availability during peak retail operations—including nights, weekends, and holidays—and punctual, consistent attendance are required. The role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. The listed hourly pay range is $18.00–$20.50, with the actual offer depending on relevant qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors. Requirements
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and share product knowledge.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
