About The Position

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients with warmth, confidence, and a passion for beauty. Requirements

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and absorb and share product knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours.
• Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.
