About The Position

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients with warmth and confidence and provide personalized consultations and expert product recommendations. You’ll help clients explore beauty products and trends while supporting their confidence and beauty journeys. The role includes meeting sales goals and key performance indicators, supporting inventory and merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming, and safe shopping environment. Beauty Advisors also contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture and follow company policies and standards.

This is a part-time, regular, hourly position at Sephora’s Walden Galleria store in Cheektowaga, New York. Part-time employees are expected to work 15–29 hours per week and must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and consistent attendance are required.

Requirements

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and absorb and share product knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Meet the required minimum weekly hours for part-time work: 15–29 hours.
• Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.
