About The Position
As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients and support their beauty journeys through personalized consultations, tailored product recommendations, and product education. You’ll keep current with beauty products, techniques, and trends while contributing to sales goals and key performance indicators. The role also supports inventory, merchandising, and a clean, organized, welcoming store, and helps foster an inclusive, collaborative environment while following company policies and safety standards. This part-time, regular position requires 15–29 hours per week and availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be punctual and maintain consistent attendance. The hourly pay range is $18.00–$20.50, with the actual offer depending on relevant qualifications and experience and other legitimate business factors.
Requirements
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
- Ability to quickly learn, absorb, and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours for part-time work (15–29 hours per week).
- Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
