About The Position
As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients with warmth and confidence and provide personalized consultations and expert product recommendations. You’ll use your product knowledge and awareness of beauty trends to help clients with their beauty journeys, support sales goals and key performance indicators, and contribute to an inclusive, welcoming store environment. The role also supports inventory and merchandising and helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping space. This is a regular, part-time, hourly position at the SC-Wando Crossing store in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Part-time employees must work 15–29 hours per week and be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable attendance and punctuality are expected.
Requirements
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb and share product knowledge.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability for the required minimum weekly hours and shifts, including peak retail operations, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.
