About The Position
As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients with warmth, confidence, and a passion for beauty. You’ll provide personalized consultations and expert product recommendations to support clients’ confidence journeys. The role involves staying current on beauty products, techniques, and trends; contributing to sales goals and performance indicators; supporting inventory and merchandising; and helping maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and inclusive store environment. You’ll also follow company policies and help provide a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience. This is a regular, full-time hourly position requiring 30–40 hours per week. Availability during peak retail operations—including nights, weekends, and holidays—as well as punctuality and consistent attendance is required. Hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors. Sephora offers comprehensive healthcare and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
Requirements
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
- Ability to learn quickly, absorb product knowledge, and share it with clients.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must meet the required minimum weekly hours for full-time work: 30–40 hours.
