Beauty Advisor - Full Time
About The Position
As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you’ll welcome clients with warmth, confidence, and a passion for beauty. Through personalized consultations and expert product recommendations, you’ll support clients’ confidence journeys and help create a welcoming and inclusive beauty community. The role includes educating clients about products and trends, contributing to sales results, supporting store presentation and inventory, and following company policies to maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. This is a regular, full-time hourly position requiring 30–40 hours per week. Availability is required during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, along with punctuality and consistent attendance. The position pays $18.00–$20.50 per hour; actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors related to the position or location.
Requirements
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or other client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
- Ability to learn quickly, absorb product knowledge, and share it with clients.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Meet the required minimum weekly hours for full-time work (30–40 hours per week).
