Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• The position requires long periods of standing and walking, as well as recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities.
• The position requires recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• The role involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals, fumes, or odors.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Inform customers about the Loyalty program and enroll them.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
