About The Position

The Beauty Advisor drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience through excellent service, client relationships, product applications, and customized recommendations. The role calls for enthusiasm for the beauty and fragrance industry, competitive drive, and confidence in a fast-paced commission environment. This is an hourly position.

Ability to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds.
Comfort and enjoyment in assisting customers with makeup application and skincare services.
Maintain all required professional licenses and certifications, including state-specific demonstrator or cosmetology licenses when required by applicable state and local regulatory boards.

Responsibilities

Take ownership, demonstrate accountability and initiative, and work toward store objectives and personal and store key metrics.
Create memorable store experiences by building genuine relationships with team members, vendors, customers, and the community.
Build customer loyalty through excellent service, personalized consultations, clienteling tools, and product recommendations tailored to client needs and preferences.
Execute promotions, special events, and customer outreach to maximize performance and drive sales.
Use selling tools and digital devices to provide an omnichannel experience and confidently communicate available inventory, assortment, and product details.
Use training tools and brand resources, and incorporate feedback to develop product knowledge, suggestive selling, artistry skills, and expertise in industry tips and beauty trends.
Encourage repeat client interactions by serving as a knowledgeable and trusted resource.
Merchandise and replenish products promptly, and maintain visual merchandising, signing, and beauty hygiene standards in accordance with vendor and company directives.
Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating individual and team achievements.
Adapt to changing circumstances and support selling and store operations by assisting with other assigned tasks.
Support store fulfillment and asset protection initiatives in designated areas by accurately and efficiently completing omni and operations processes, maintaining product protection standards, and following safety guidelines.
