About The Position

Lolo's Surf Cantina is hiring seasonal Beach Servers to provide food and beverage service to guests on the beach and in designated outdoor service areas. Servers greet guests, present menus, make recommendations, enter orders, deliver food and drinks, monitor guest satisfaction, process payments, and maintain service areas. The role involves outdoor work in a fast-paced, team-oriented beachfront environment and includes setting up and breaking down service areas.

Requirements

Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.

Previous serving or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, professional, and courteous food and beverage service to guests on the beach and in designated outdoor service areas.
Greet guests warmly and establish a welcoming atmosphere.
Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
Enter orders accurately into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen and bar.
Deliver food and beverages promptly while meeting presentation and quality standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address concerns.
Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of beach service stations, storage areas, and equipment.
Set up and break down beach service areas according to operational standards.
Comply with responsible alcohol service requirements and company policies.
Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team.
