Seasonal Beach Servers
About The Position
Lolo's Surf Cantina is hiring seasonal Beach Servers to provide food and beverage service to guests on the beach and in designated outdoor service areas. Servers welcome guests, present menus, answer questions, make recommendations, enter orders into the POS system, and communicate special requests to the kitchen and bar. They deliver food and beverages while maintaining presentation and quality standards, monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns, and process payments. The role also involves maintaining and organizing beach service stations, storage areas, and equipment; setting up and breaking down service areas; following responsible alcohol service requirements and company policies; and working collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team. The work is outdoors and requires standing and walking for extended periods and lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

- Enter orders accurately into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen and bar.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while meeting presentation and quality standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address concerns.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of beach service stations, storage areas, and equipment.
- Set up and break down beach service areas according to operational standards.
- Comply with responsible alcohol service requirements and company policies.
- Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team.
