About The Position

Servers are part of Red Robin’s Front of House service team. They take guest orders using handheld technology, serve food and drinks accurately and promptly, and help deliver a fun, satisfying dining experience. Strong customer service skills are essential. Servers earn a base rate of $2.13 per hour plus variable tips; hourly pay will not be less than the applicable minimum wage. The role offers opportunities to grow with Red Robin.
