About The Position

Margaritaville Resort Fort Myers Beach is seeking an energetic Beach Club Attendant with a genuine aptitude for hospitality. As the first point of contact for guests entering the Fins Up Beach Club area, the attendant helps create a safe, welcoming, and guest-focused environment. The role supports guests throughout their visit and helps prepare and maintain pool and beach facilities.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Provide guests with information about facilities, amenities, schedules, and guidelines.
Process guest payments accurately and efficiently when working with point-of-sale systems.
Provide an exceptional guest experience and help ensure guests enjoy their visit.
Review guest belongings to confirm they meet club guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in pool and beach entry areas through routine cleaning and equipment maintenance.
Set up and break down pool and beach areas according to established protocols and schedules.
Deliver customer service that elevates guests’ vacation experience and exceeds expectations.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest service requests, needs, and inquiries.
Organize and participate in recreational activities with guests of all ages.
