About The Position

The Beach Club Assistant General Manager oversees and influences the service and culture of Pool & Beach operations. This energetic and creative leader ensures excellent guest experiences by directing, implementing, and maintaining service standards while motivating and guiding team members. The role plans and executes service delivery, oversees day-to-day operations, and provides ongoing team training, coaching, and guidance. It monitors quality, service, and guest-satisfaction trends and makes adjustments as needed. The position also develops and implements marketing strategies and upselling techniques to promote satisfaction and maximize revenue, while championing the Auberge Resorts Collection culture.

Requirements

• Three years of experience managing food and beverage operations.
• Proven experience driving a profitable operation and managing F&B teams.
• Experience executing events in a variety of settings, with a keen eye for detail.
• Aptitude for financial management, financial reports, and analysis.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
