About The Position

Solé Miami, a renovated full-service beachfront hotel with 222 guestrooms and condos, is hiring a Beach Attendant. The role supports guests’ service needs at the pool and beach, including chair, towel, and umbrella service. The attendant helps maintain a clean, orderly, welcoming environment and follows departmental procedures for opening, closing, towel cards, and end-of-shift reports. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent guest service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout a shift for up to 8 hours.
• Availability to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with service needs at the pool and beach, including chair, towel, and umbrella service.
• Keep the work station clean and chairs and tables free of debris.
• Anticipate guest needs and help generate a good atmosphere.
• Attend training classes and departmental meetings.
• Follow end-of-shift reporting procedures and opening and closing duties.
• Keep pool and beach furniture neatly arranged and clean.
• Follow towel card standard operating procedures.
• Open umbrellas, clean table tops, and wipe chairs.
• Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.
