About The Position

Five Star Chevrolet is seeking a BDC Sales Agent to serve as the first point of contact for customers and support the dealership’s sales success. The role connects with customers through phone calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries, schedules appointments with the sales team, and helps create a positive customer experience that can lead to vehicle sales. The position also involves maintaining customer communication and information in the CRM while helping achieve dealership sales goals.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Must be willing to submit to a drug and background screen prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Respond to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and emails.
Schedule appointments for customers to meet with the sales team.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain communication.
Confirm appointments and maximize customer show rates.
Update customer information in the CRM system.
Provide outstanding customer service while helping achieve dealership sales goals.
