About The Position

Norm Reeves Dealerships is seeking a motivated, energetic BDC Representative to join its customer-focused dealership in Port Charlotte, Florida. The representative is the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound communications, setting appointments, and helping drive business to the sales team while providing a professional, positive customer experience. The role involves working within the dealership’s established process and daily workflow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This is a full-time, onsite position. Compensation includes an hourly base plus uncapped performance bonuses, with the opportunity to earn up to $75,000 annually. The schedule requires full availability on Fridays and Saturdays, with Sundays on rotation. Shifts are 8:30 AM–5:00 PM or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to internet leads, calls, emails, and texts.
Make outbound follow-up calls, emails, and texts efficiently.
Handle objections and remain persistent.
Set, confirm, and track appointments with urgency and accuracy.
Mine the database and manage customer relations.
Follow the dealership’s established process and daily workflow to drive results.
Work with the sales team to provide a smooth customer experience.
Advocate for customers and the dealership by delivering a positive experience that supports business goals and culture.
