About The Position

Village Ford is seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join its Business Development Center (BDC) team. The role is the first point of contact for customer communications and helps connect clients with the dealership, set appointments, and support an excellent customer experience. The position pays $16–$18 per hour based on experience, with an opportunity for a monthly performance bonus. Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A friendly, professional, and confident phone presence.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort with technology, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Nice To Haves

Customer service or call center experience is preferred.
Automotive experience is a plus; the employer is willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries.
Proactively follow up with sales and service leads.
Schedule appointments for the sales and service departments.
Keep the CRM system accurate and up to date.
Provide customers with information about inventory, promotions, and dealership services.
Support the sales and service teams to help ensure a seamless customer journey.
Monitor team performance activity and complete monthly reporting.
Assist with switchboard coverage as needed.
