About The Position
A BCBA role built around YOU - choose the clients you support, build a schedule that works for you, enjoy a low caseload, and earn a sign-on bonus plus up to $12,000 in additional bonuses. At Connect n Care ABA, we believe BCBAs should have a voice in what their work actually looks like. We're looking for a BCBA to join our Fayetteville, NC team in a 100% in-person role - but that doesn't mean you're locked into a rigid schedule or handed a caseload you didn't choose. You choose your cases, your schedule should work for your life, and we prioritize quality over quantity, giving you more time for clinical decision-making, treatment planning, data analysis, BT/RBT support, and meaningful collaboration with families.
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification or a scheduled BCBA exam
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- NC BCBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Ability to provide services in person
- Newly certified BCBAs are welcome
