About The Position
Connect n Care ABA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, with salaried or hourly compensation options, and a flexible hybrid or in-person work arrangement. Clinicians can combine in-person clinical work with flexibility in structuring their schedules. The organization emphasizes quality of care over caseload volume, allowing BCBAs to focus on clinical decision-making, treatment planning, supervision, and family collaboration. Newly certified BCBAs are welcome, and clinical mentorship and support are available. The employer is open to discussing candidates’ goals, preferred schedules, and priorities.
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification or actively preparing to sit for the BCBA exam.
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- NC LBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care, including clinical decision-making and treatment planning.
- Provide supervision.
- Collaborate with families.
