LOW CASELOADS: We prioritize quality of care over quantity of clients. Lower caseload expectations mean more time for clinical decision-making, data analysis, treatment planning, BT/RBT support, and meaningful collaboration with families. WE COVER YOUR LBA LICENSURE: Getting licensed shouldn't be another expense you have to worry about. Connect n Care ABA covers the cost of obtaining your Virginia LBA licensure. Requirements
- Current BCBA certification or a scheduled BCBA exam.
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Virginia BCBA/LBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Newly certified BCBAs are welcome.
- Clinical mentorship and support are available as you continue developing your skills.
