The Behavior Doc is a behavior analyst-owned and managed agency with doctorate-level analysts on staff. It emphasizes provider support, transparency, professional development, and growth. BCBA clinical supervisors provide intensive, data-driven treatment to clients with autism and developmental disabilities in clinic and home settings. They manage a small caseload of 5–8 clients, provide ongoing training and feedback to BCaBA- and RBT-level staff and caregivers, and conduct adaptive behavior, functional, and skill assessments for individual treatment plans with guidance from doctorate-level staff. Supervisors routinely evaluate program effectiveness and make modifications as needed, while building positive relationships with providers, caregivers, and outside stakeholders. The role requires attention to detail and strength in data analysis, leadership, and communication. The position requires physical presence at the Charlottesville clinic four days per week, with flexible work-from-home options available. The workweek is Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. The role has no evenings or weekends and requires 110–120 billable hours per month.
