About The Position

Fraser is hiring a licensed BCBA and Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to supervise its intensive ABA program in St. Cloud, Minnesota. The role provides clinical supervision for a caseload of eight children and direct oversight of 10 team members. The supervisor ensures individualized treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and in line with best practices, maintains compliance with Fraser standards, licensure requirements, and ethical guidelines, and fosters a supportive, collaborative team environment. The position is on-site during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with opportunities for a compressed work week or hybrid schedule. The stated starting salary range is $90,000–$95,000 annually, depending on qualifications. Fraser offers a $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external new hires and a $10,000 relocation package.

Requirements

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA); the posting also seeks professionals who have obtained their BCBA and Minnesota LBA.
2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience and/or training in the examination and/or treatment of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or a related condition.
Valid driver's license.
