BCBA Clinical Director
About The Position
Action Behavior Centers is hiring a BCBA Clinical Director to lead a clinical team delivering high-quality ABA therapy. The role includes oversight of patient assessments and individualized treatment plans, regulatory compliance, staff training, monitoring patient progress, and collaboration with families, caregivers, and other professionals. The Clinical Director is expected to foster teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center. The position offers a total compensation package of up to $127,000 annually, with potential for additional earnings based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, performance and mentorship bonuses, certification bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company. The schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with up to three work-from-home days per month and up to 16 additional assessment-related work-from-home days per year. The role supports up to three children.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
- Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
- Train and support staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive, compassionate care.
- Foster teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and assigned trainees.
