About The Position

Luxe Golf Bays is seeking full-time and part-time Servers for its high-tech sports entertainment and event destination in Franklin, Wisconsin. Servers provide hospitality and attentive service in a fast-paced environment, helping Guests enjoy food, beverages, and golf bay games. They should know the menu well, engage Guests with care and attention to detail, and help create welcoming, meaningful visits.

Requirements

• Availability for varied shifts, which may include mornings, mid shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of standard drink recipes and of food, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Ability to obtain the licenses and certifications required for the location.
• Ability to work energetically and enthusiastically as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of applicable safety and sanitation procedures.
• Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• High level of self-awareness, receptivity to change, and integrity.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Experience in a high-volume, upscale-to-fine-dining restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests, guide them through food and beverage menus, and suggest premium items to enhance their experience and maximize sales.
• Take orders and serve food and drinks while engaging with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
• Help Guests understand and enjoy Luxe Golf Bay games, including applicable safety rules.
• Observe responsible alcohol service rules to protect Guests and the community.
• Keep dining areas and golf bays clean and organized.
• Apply food safety, sanitation, and organizational practices while completing duties in a timely manner.
