About The Position

Luxe Golf Bays is seeking full-time and part-time Bartenders for its high-tech sports entertainment and event destination in Franklin, Wisconsin. Bartenders interact with guests to create an enjoyable environment and ensure their needs are met. The role calls for a positive attitude, multitasking ability, and comfort working in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Requirements

High school diploma.
Meet the state minimum age to serve alcohol.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; flexible hours are required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
Basic math and computer skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to diffuse tense situations and resolve conflicts.
Strong task and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and understanding of drink-mixing tools and techniques.
Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced, stressful environment.

Additional bartending education, training, certificates, or experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers, determine beverage preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders.
Follow food safety and quality regulations.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately, return correct change, and balance the cash register.
Maintain clean work and patio areas by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
Use observation and critical thinking to work efficiently.
Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications.
Follow company standards for serving alcoholic beverages and check identification to verify guests are of legal drinking age.
Help guests understand and choose menu items, take orders, and ensure guests feel cared for during their visit.
Keep the bar stocked and clean while providing friendly, attentive service.
Work effectively with diverse staff members and patrons.
Comply with city bartending licensing requirements.
Maintain a fun and safe atmosphere for patrons.
