About The Position

Luxe Golf Bays is a high-tech sports entertainment and event destination in Ballpark Commons in Franklin, Wisconsin. The Bartender interacts with guests to create an enjoyable environment and ensure their needs are met. The position calls for a positive attitude, multitasking ability, and comfort working in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Meet the state minimum age to serve alcohol.
Availability to work nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and flexible hours.
Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
Basic math and computer skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to diffuse tense situations and resolve conflicts.
Strong task and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and understanding of drink-mixing tools and techniques.
Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced, stressful environment.

Additional bartending education, training, certificates, or experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers, determine their beverage preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders.
Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications.
Follow food safety and quality regulations and company standards for serving alcoholic beverages, including checking identification to verify customers are of legal drinking age.
Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately, return correct change, and balance the cash register.
Keep the bar stocked and clean, and maintain clean work and patio areas by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
Help guests understand and choose menu items, take orders, and provide attentive service during their visit.
Maintain a fun and safe atmosphere for patrons.
Comply with city bartending licensing requirements.
Use observation and critical thinking to provide efficient service and resolve problems.
Work effectively with diverse personalities among staff and patrons.
