The Box Office Manager is a key member of the Ticketing Department, responsible for the daily operation and strategic execution of all box office functions at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. This role oversees ticket operations, supervises seasonal and game day staff, and ensures a best-in-class experience for all fans and clients. This individual will play a critical role in managing ticket inventory, supporting revenue generation, servicing 919 Members, and coordinating ticketed areas throughout the ballpark, including picnic and group spaces. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while operating in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
