About The Position
The Florida Panthers are seeking a Box Office Representative to be responsible for selling tickets, distributing tickets, and providing excellent customer service to Amerant Bank Arena and War Memorial Auditorium guests. This role requires proper handling of credit card transactions and availability on nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Assist in selling concert/event/hockey tickets to patrons
- Answer guest questions regarding event schedules, seating, pricing, venue policies, and ticket availability
- Accurately complete credit card transactions
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and customers as well as internal staff
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Box Office Manager or Supervisor
- Assist Sales and Service Representatives with questions and troubleshooting
