About The Position

We're looking for a Bartender to craft exceptional beverages and provide outstanding service in our lobby and/or rooftop bar. In this role, you'll prepare drinks and serve food promptly and courteously while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, hospitality. The ideal candidate is organized, thrives in a fast paced environment, and approaches challenges with a sense of urgency and professionalism. Most importantly, you'll create personalized, memorable experiences for every guest by delivering attentive and engaging service. This is a tipped, non-exempt position reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager. The hourly base pay for this position is $10.30/ hour plus eligible tips.

Requirements

Must be TIPS certified
Must be at least 21 years or older
Be able to lift at least 30 pounds regularly and be on your feed regularly

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional personalized customer service and experiences to our guests
Will work at both the Hotel Hive lobby Bar and Hotel Hive Rooftop Bar
Quickly attend to guests, anticipate their needs, keep drinks filled + deliver a memorable guest experience
Be familiar with all ingredients + menu items to best navigate the guest experience
Think on your feed, use good judgement and problem solve in a fast paced environment
Serve up tasty, perfect mixed drinks on our menu as well as special guest requests
Create a warm and welcome atmosphere
Adhere to food handling + security safety standards
Be able to lift at least 30 pounds regularly and be on your feed regularly
Must be TIPS certified
Must be at least 21 years or older
