About The Position
Hotel del Coronado is seeking a seasonal Bartender to prepare and serve beverages while delivering memorable guest experiences. The role involves providing friendly, attentive hospitality; mixing and garnishing drinks to recipe standards; maintaining bar supplies and product quality; processing payments; responding appropriately to guest concerns, including situations involving intoxicated guests; and following health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and proactively look for ways to make their experience special.
- Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Stock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables.
- Process cash, credit and debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of beverage-related items.
- Address guest concerns professionally and handle situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect to maintain a safe environment.
- Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
