About The Position

Hotel del Coronado, a Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a Housekeeping Houseperson to help maintain the cleanliness of designated hotel areas and deliver memorable guest experiences. The resort is located on Coronado Island and includes more than 750 rooms, cottages, and villas, event space, and multiple food and beverage outlets.

The Houseperson cleans public and other designated areas, assists guests and supports room cleaning as needed, organizes housekeeping supplies, performs periodic deep-cleaning projects, and reports repair or maintenance needs. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Clean designated public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, washing windows, and emptying trash.
• Greet guests warmly, deliver requested items, and assist with room cleaning as needed.
• Stock and organize supply rooms to support housekeeping operations.
• Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks, including flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
• Identify and report repair needs or maintenance deficiencies.
