About The Position

The Recreation Supervisor oversees daily recreation operations at Hotel del Coronado, including pool, fitness center, and food and beverage services, activities, and programming. The role leads the recreation team and manages recreation setup, guest service, inventory, and compliance with applicable health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards. The position is seasonal and lasts no longer than January 2, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recreation-related pool, fitness center, and food and beverage services, activities, and programming.
• Train, schedule, and supervise recreation team members.
• Manage chair and cabana setup, towel service, and personalized poolside amenities; oversee furniture setup for special events.
• Monitor service quality, engage with guests to assess satisfaction, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee linen, amenities, and food and beverage inventory to maintain proper stock levels and minimize loss.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
