About The Position
The Bartender at Dawn Manor, Dellshire Resort, prepares beverages and provides exceptional guest service at bars at the resort’s off-site restaurant. The role is responsible for accuracy and consistency in beverage service and compliance with alcohol service regulations. The Dellshire is a medieval-inspired destination resort in Wisconsin Dells, described as a pre-opening property scheduled to open in Spring 2026.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience.
- Knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer.
- Strong guest service and multitasking skills.
- Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification are required within 30 days of starting and must be renewed as needed.
- A bartender license for the Baraboo area is required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide attentive and engaging service to bar guests.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area.
- Monitor and restock inventory, glassware, and supplies.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Verify guest identification and comply with alcohol service laws.
- Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and promotions.
- Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and side work.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
