About The Position

Chili’s bartenders serve food and drinks while creating a lively atmosphere through hospitality. The role focuses on providing excellent service, making Guests feel welcome, and helping maintain a safe and inviting environment. Bartenders should be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and handle the physical demands of reaching, bending, and frequently lifting up to 30 pounds. Previous bartending experience is a plus.
