About The Position
Line Cooks at Chili's, part of the Heart of House team, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role focuses on preparing food according to Chili's recipes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and keeping food orders moving continuously. Team members contribute to a safe, welcoming environment and communicate ticket times to colleagues.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Responsibilities
