About The Position

The Asbury Restaurant, located inside the historic Dunhill hotel in Charlotte, is seeking an experienced bartender for its award-winning modern Southern restaurant. The role involves creating craft cocktails and helping ensure consistent, high-quality service, food presentation, and bartending experiences for restaurant and hotel guests. Team members are expected to support the restaurant’s vision and mission, adapt to changing assignments, and contribute to the success of the hotel and restaurant.

Responsibilities

Assist restaurant and hotel guests and ensure they receive a high level of service.
Prepare for each meal period so menu products are available and service can proceed efficiently, including desserts, milk, and other menu items.
Maintain a professional image through appearance, dress, and grooming.
Follow company policies and procedures and communicate them effectively to culinary staff.
Work with others to advance the company’s vision and mission.
Build job skills, education, and work experience for oneself and others.
