About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers deliver orders safely and provide excellent customer service. Pay is $15.92 per hour in the store and $6.05 per hour while on the road, plus $0.45 per mile and tips. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. Drivers may also assist with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking. Advancement to Assistant Manager or General Manager may be available based on performance, training, and available positions. Driver roles require a motor vehicle record review that meets the company’s insurance standards. The review and any background check occur only after a conditional job offer and with the applicant’s written permission. Qualified applicants with criminal histories are considered in accordance with New Jersey and Philadelphia fair-chance laws, including an individualized assessment. Requirements

Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years.
A motor vehicle record that meets company insurance standards; reviewed after a conditional job offer and with written permission.
Access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance.
Ability to meet company driver eligibility requirements.
Strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
