About The Position

The Assistant Manager helps lead the store team, deliver excellent customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly. The role involves leading shifts, supporting team members, preparing and checking orders, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, and assisting the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals. Restaurant or supervisory experience is preferred, and training is provided.

This is a full-time management position paying $17.00–$18.00 per hour. Full-time management team members are eligible for co-pay health insurance. Management training and opportunities to advance to General Manager are available based on performance and open positions. Responsibilities

• Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
