About The Position

The Friendly Toast is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender for its all-day brunch and bar restaurant. The role involves crafting alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing up to 45 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion. The Bartender will work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment and operate phones, computers, printers, and other office equipment. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender.
• Knowledge of mixing and serving drinks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Take and process drink orders.
• Check guests’ identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service.
• Upsell drinks and menu items to guests.
• Be reliable and punctual.
