About The Position

Muchacho Reynoldstown is seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender with a hospitality background and an interest in crafting distinctive cocktails. The Bartender creates an exceptional beverage experience for guests while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. This role requires at least 20 hours of work per week and the ability to meet the physical and environmental demands described in the posting.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Valid certification for serving alcohol.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers.
• Ethics and a positive attitude that support the company’s values and culture.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize.
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Ability to stand or walk for 6 hours per day and lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate items, and key in data.
• Ability to work in warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors, tolerate higher noise levels from music and customer traffic, and tolerate potential allergens including peanuts, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, primarily cocktails, wines, and other distinctive drinks.
• Create innovative drink recipes that enhance the guest experience.
• Engage with guests, provide excellent service, and address inquiries or comments.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area and comply with food safety standards.
• Process cash transactions accurately using Toast POS or a similar system.
• Help manage bar supply and ingredient inventory and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team on beverage offerings for banquets and special events.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices to support guest safety.
