About The Position

Muchacho Reynoldstown is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join their team. The ideal candidates will deliver exceptional service, providing detailed information about menu items and ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests while upholding safety and sanitation standards. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and multitask. The position also involves physical demands such as standing/walking for extended periods, lifting up to 30 lbs, and working in various environmental conditions. Employees are expected to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company values and culture.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize.
Ability/stamina to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.
Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day.

Will frequently stand, walk, reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data.
Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.
Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic.
Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, and soy.
Report to work in a complete required uniform.
Maintain a well-manicured appearance and persona that reflects the image of the restaurant.
Meet personal schedule requirements punctually.
Be courteous, friendly, and pleasant.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Describe menu items to customers and suggest drinks that may appeal to their taste.
Provide detailed information on drink or food blends, preparation techniques, ingredients used, and allergen information.
Take guest orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Assist with preparing and serving food items as needed.
Serve food and beverages promptly, checking on guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment according to health and sanitation standards.
Uphold company safety and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our guests and team.
Operate cash registers and credit card machines, handling payments accurately.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
Stock stations with proper paper products and beverage preparation items as necessary.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Assist with setting up and clearing tables and restocking supplies as needed.
