About The Position

Bartenders engage directly with customers and floor staff in a beachfront luxury resort. Flexible hours required, including nights, weekends and holidays. Looking for a dynamic personality that can execute a high level of service while pushing through high volume periods.

Requirements

• Must be familiar with craft cocktails, beer, spirits and wine.

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Love serving guests in a luxury, beach-front resort.
• Meticulously prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes.
• Record food and drink orders accurately and immediately into the POS system.
• Create memorable dining experiences to the guests of the bar, while maintaining a quick and efficient service bar to floor staff.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
