About The Position

Topgolf is hiring a bartender to create an energetic, welcoming bar experience for Players in a fast-paced restaurant, hospitality, and entertainment environment. The bartender connects with Players, learns what they are looking for, recommends drinks, and upsells signature cocktails, shareable food, and game upgrades. They prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, keep the bar clean and stocked, and work with other Playmakers to provide excellent service and help every Player feel like a VIP.

The role requires following safety and sanitation standards and upholding Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. Nights are needed and weekends are required. The position requires being at least the legal serving age where employed and maintaining any responsible beverage service certifications required by law. Physical duties include lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, walking, standing for most of the shift, and maintaining pace in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

• Strong focus on providing an excellent Player experience.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy, high-volume environment.
• Previous experience preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
• Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment.
• Must retain responsible beverage service certifications where required by law.
• Able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, walk, and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet Players with energy and personality, create a welcoming bar experience, and recommend drinks suited to their preferences.
• Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades.
• Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Keep the bar neat, clean, stocked, and ready for service, including cleaning glassware.
• Collaborate with other Playmakers to deliver excellent service and ensure Players feel valued.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant.
• Demonstrate Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.
