About The Position
The Bartender creates and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages behind the bar and in the dining area at Tatum Ranch Golf Club in Cave Creek, Arizona. The role involves preparing a wide variety of drinks, answering questions about ingredients, and recommending beverages and cocktails. Bartenders operate bar equipment, maintain beverage quality and service standards, and help ensure a positive experience for members and guests. They also monitor guests’ alcohol intake and do not serve alcoholic beverages to anyone under age 21.
Requirements
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and perform.
- 1–2 years of bartending experience.
Responsibilities
- Fill drink orders for guests and answer questions about drink ingredients.
- Suggest different types of beverages and cocktails.
- Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
- Operate bar equipment properly.
- Maintain beverage quality and service standards to contribute to a positive guest experience.
- Monitor guests’ alcohol intake and ensure alcoholic beverages are not served to people under age 21.
