About The Position

Join the Marcus Theatres Service Team as a bartender and help deliver food and beverage service in a professional bar and restaurant environment. The role focuses on beverage quality, exceptional guest service, and working effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-focused setting. Bartenders prepare beverages, interact with guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and maintain the bar and lounge area.

Requirements

• Ability to demonstrate accuracy in transactions and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for guests.
• Verify that guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years of age.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
• Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized bar and lounge area.
• Comply with food and beverage preparation and service regulations.
• Handle transactions accurately and demonstrate cash-handling skills.
• Keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
