About The Position
The Bartender creates and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages behind the bar and in the dining area for club members and guests. The role involves mixing a wide variety of drinks, providing beverage suggestions, operating bar equipment, maintaining beverage quality and service standards, and helping ensure responsible alcohol service. The position is at Tatum Ranch Golf Club in Cave Creek, Arizona.
Requirements
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and perform.
- 1–2 years of bartending experience.
Responsibilities
- Fill drink orders for guests and answer questions about drink ingredients.
- Suggest different types of beverages and cocktails.
- Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
- Operate bar equipment properly.
- Maintain beverage quality and service standards to contribute to a positive guest experience.
- Monitor guests’ alcohol intake and ensure alcoholic beverages are not served to people under age 21.
