About The Position

Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is hiring a part-time Bartender for Bourbon Steak. The Bartender prepares and serves beverages while providing friendly, memorable guest service. The role includes maintaining bar supplies and product quality, processing payments accurately, addressing guest concerns—including situations involving intoxicated guests—and following health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and look for ways to make each guest’s experience special.
• Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to recipe standards.
• Stock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables.
• Use the point-of-sale system to process cash, credit and debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers accurately.
• Manage inventory and maintain the freshness and quality of beverage-related items.
• Address guest concerns professionally and manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
